About Katherine Lavin.....
Katherine Lavin is a 16-year old singer/songwriter from the Monterey Peninsula (California).
She has been writing original songs (currently 70+ original songs)
and performing with her acoustic guitar in the Monterey Bay area since she was 9.
In addition to the guitar and vocals, Katherine also plays the bass guitar, piano, ukulele, and drums.
She has an incredible gift for creating melodies, singing intricate harmonies,
and is working on recording her upcoming album.
Her top influences in her songwriting include
The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan,
George Michael and Jacob Collier.
